Well let me tell you, You are a TOTAL nerd if you play this game. Which, in fact, makes ME a complete one. I am completely obsessed with the game. I love it because you can do things you can't do in the real world. It is all a big imagination game. Literally everything told to you by the dungeon master or as we like to call him, The DM, you have yo picture in your mind. It is incredibly fun and to give you a idea of how fun it is I want to tell you something. VIN DIESAL PLAYS D &D! is seriously What did I tell you? He does play it and I'll even give the link to a video of him playing right here! www.youtuDbe.com/watch?v=yLEMb_RIZ3o Click on the white part to get the link cause when I put it in it doesn't show which is weird. Aaaaaannnyways, I'll tell you what you do in the game. Which, by the way, is seriously complicated if you are going through the whole rule book . But I will not waste your time and give you it in the simplest way possible. How you start is that you need dice and a active imagination. The dice are special nerd dice so you will actually have to look for somewhere you can buy them. If you get them you should have a D4, D6, D8, D10, D20, and another ten sided dice that has double didgets. We gamers call it the D100. You will mostly have to use the D20, because it allows you to perform things such as: Stealthiness, how good you can lie, how attentive you are, and if you are able to scare people, as well as how much you know about: the landscape, weapons, history, architecture, and much more. One other thing you use it for is when you are in battle. Let me tell you from experience, you will be in a lot of battles. You use it to see if you hit your opponent or not. If you roll a 1, you basically can cut your hand off, or cut one of your team mates arms off, which will make them pissed at you. On the other hand, if you roll a NATURAL 20, you can do a critical hit. Which means you can do more damage than you usually do. The other dice are used for how much damage you do to your opponent. Now when you are ready to make your character you can choose from a assortment of races. These include the following below: After you choose your race, You get to choose your class. Your class is basically what you're character is good at doing and what they can and can not do in the game. Each class has special bonuses to what their type can do. So I will list the classes and some of the things that they are able to do. That is, if you pick that class. I find it is always a fun thing when you ask someone who doesn't know you very well to pick the class that they think you would be and then choose that class. Now back to the classes.
Oooooooh, thank goodness I finished the classes. That took a good 1 hour to do, so your welcome and thank you for your being happy to read this post. Tell me what you think below and tell me what you would want to be in D&D! Thanks and have a great day everyone!
